  Source Master (CD-R, DVD-R, DLT) (Please send 2 copies)
  Your master MUST be ready for replication. All pricing assumes that you are providing us with fully mastered material in the correct format. It is your responsibility to review the specific master submitted. All audio, CD-ROM and DVD content will be reproduced as submitted.

  Terms and conditions must be read and signed.

  IPR Form | Submit Form
  Intellectual Property Rights Form (IPR) must be completed in its entirety before we can process your order.

  Art Files | Uploaded
  Your artwork must be created using our specifications and placed in Disc Outlet templates. Not doing so may incur delays and graphic charges for adjustments – no exceptions!

  Payment
  If order is placed online your order will require payment in full at time of checkout. Orders placed with a representative require a 75% deposit of your order total with balance due
  before product ships. To ensure quicker shipping please supply your representative with a credit card number.

  Ship Master
  Ship materials in a padded envelope and via a tracking service (FedEx, UPS, Express Mail). If possible send 2 copies. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your materials.

Turn Time – Orders are completed within 7-10 business days from the date of your final approval.
