Prepare Your Order

Please submit the following items with your REPLICATION order.

1. Source Master (CD-R, DVD-R, DLT) (Please send 2 copies) - Your master MUST be ready for replication.  All pricing assumes that you are providing us with fully mastered material in the correct format.  It is your responsibility to review the specific master submitted.  All audio, CD-ROM and DVD content will be reproduced as submitted, with no changes.
2. Order Form (Please submit online)
3. Terms and Conditions (Please submit online) - Read and signed
4. IPR Form and Track List (Please submit online) - Shows that you have the right to replicate these materials.  Both forms must be completed.
5. Art Files (uploaded or on a disc) - Must be created using our specifications and placed in Disc Outlet templates.  Otherwise your job will be delayed and you will be charged for adjustments – no exceptions!
6. Artwork and master must be on separate discs and clearly marked.
7. Deposit - 75% of your estimated quote total.  Check, Visa, Mastercard, or Amex accepted.  To ensure quicker shipping please supply a credit card number.
8. Shipping – Ship materials in a padded envelope and via a tracking service (FedEx, UPS, Express Mail) to the address provided when you place your order.  You will receive a confimation email once we receive your materials.

Turn Time – Orders are completed within 7-10 business days from the date of your final approval.
